The UCHealth Medical Group and the Orthopedic Surgery team in Colorado Springs is seeking a board-eligible/certified fellowship-trained Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join our established team of surgeons. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time, and focused on excellent patient care.   • Join our outstanding and well-established team of fourteen experienced orthopedic surgeons, including a foot and ankle surgeon and four orthopedic trauma surgeons.
  • The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a high volume & high producing orthopedic group with a robust primary care referral program.
  • Dedicated clinical staff support and state-of-the-art equipment available.
  • Ability to operate at our brand new ambulatory surgery center that opened in the Fall of 2023.
  • Shared call responsibilities amongst general orthopedic surgeons in the group.
  • Epic EMR utilized system-wide.

This position offers a competitive compensation package:


  • The pay range for this full-time position is $528,000-$587,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
  • Retirement program comprised of a 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan.

  • Competitive time off plan and wellness benefits.
