UCHealth Medical
Group in Northern Colorado is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified
general surgeon with breast fellowship training, or a general surgeon with
significant experience in a breast surgery-focused practice. The ideal
candidate will be enthusiastic, committed to full-time clinical practice, and
dedicated to delivering excellent patient care.
- The selected surgeon will join
a collaborative team of six surgeons as the group's dedicated breast surgeon.
The practice offers a robust general surgery environment with diverse specialty
interests and a strong team-based culture.
- A preferred candidate will
bring an interest in leadership and breast surgery program development, as
preparation for NAPBC accreditation is currently underway.
- In-office ultrasound and
minimally invasive procedural capabilities are available in the clinic.
- 1:7 call responsibilities
include coverage of the practice's patients at the community hospital and
after-hours outpatient calls for a broad range of general surgery issues.
- Emergency department coverage
for all other patients is provided by the Acute Care Surgery team.
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide.

This position offers a competitive compensation package:
- The pay range for this
full-time position is $441,000-$490,000 annually. If applicable, a quality
and/or productivity bonus may be offered.

offered to eligible candidates.
