UCHealth Medical Group is ready to welcome a physician to join the leadership team as the medical practice leader (MPL) for UChealth North Heart and Vascular
The MPL has primary responsibility to:
- Promote a culture where the patient comes first.
- Promote continuous improvement in quality and patient safety.
- Develop and maintain relationships with their operations dyad partner.
- Lead regular practice meetings with their operations dyad partner.
- Provide regional and system level communications to practice partners regarding activities of the JOCs and other leadership groups.
- Provide leadership that is positive and encouraging through times of change and new/evolving initiatives.
- Actively support medical group decisions within the practice.
- Support a proactive culture by aligning issues and bringing forward solutions.
- Recognize the team and address issues in a timely manner in collaboration with operational partner.
Minimum qualifications:
A physician who has expertise within a Cardiology Practice in Northern Colorado and has strong relationship with providers within the practice.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until the top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 4/16/26 is position is paid by stipend at a rate of:
- Physician: $150 per hour - with the 32 hours per month dependent on practice size.
