UCHealth
is seeking a compassionate and highly qualified board-certified or
board-eligible full-time Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist to provide
care at our Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Become part of our growing program, encompassing a full range of behavioral
health services within our physician-led multi-specialty group.
Responsibilities
- Conduct
comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for adult patients
- Demonstrate
compassion and commitment to identifying and treating psychiatric and
neuropsychiatric illness, personality, and substance use disorders
- Provide
evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management,
psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
- Develop and collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate treatment
effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team
meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions
- Stay current with the latest research,
developments, and best practices in psychiatry

Our competitive compensation package includes:
- Salary range is based on the
FTE percentage: .81-1.0
- 1.0 FTE is a $300,000 annual
base salary.
- Generous signing bonus
- Additional days off and
allowance for CME
- If applicable, a quality and
productivity bonus may be offered.

for eligible candidates.
