UCHealth is seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team at Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center in Fort Collins, Colorado. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in both in-person and virtual settings. As part of our physician-led, multispecialty medical group, you'll work within an expanding program that provides a full continuum of behavioral health services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Exhibit compassion and dedication to identifying and treating psychiatric, neuropsychiatric, personality, and substance use disorders.
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patients' progress, assess treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions.
- Stay informed about the latest research, advancements, and best practices in psychiatry.

Our competitive compensation package includes:
- 1.0 FTE is a $341,910 annual base salary.
- Generous starting bonus
