UCHealth Medical Group is ready to welcome a physician or APP to join the leadership team as the medical practice leader (MPL) for both the Broomfield Primary Care clinic and Erie Primary Care clinic in Broomfield, CO and Lafayette, CO.
The MPL has primary responsibility to:
- Promote a culture where the patient comes first.
- Promote continuous improvement in quality and patient safety.
- Develop and maintain relationships with their operations dyad partner.
- Lead regular practice meetings with their operations dyad partner.
- Provide regional and system level communications to practice partners regarding activities of the JOCs and other leadership groups.
- Provide leadership that is positive and encouraging through times of change and new/evolving initiatives.
- Actively support medical group decisions within the practice.
- Support a proactive culture by aligning issues and bringing forward solutions.
- Recognize the team and address issues in a timely manner in collaboration with operational partner.
Minimum qualifications:
A physician or APP who has expertise within Primary Care.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 1/6/2026.
This position is paid by stipend at a rate of:
- APP: $85 per hour
- Physician: $150 per hour with the number of hours per month dependent on practice size.
